Beyond the Scream…

The Pinacothèque de Paris has put together a retrospective exhibition dedicated to Edvard Munch, one of the pioneering minds of the expressionist movement. A selection of his works will be displayed, mostly lent by from private collections, dated from 1880 to the 1890s. Known for his famous piece The Scream, one of the foremost works of the genre, known for its particularly gripping expression, Munch is a talented artist who executed a great number of powerful works.
