Circus dance music and theatre for summer.

Here is what you can expect from the Paris Quartier d'été festival this year… An event which hits the nail on the head but with a lace hammer… A festival which aims to please without dumbing down… An event which crosses the genre border without going too far in either direction…

This "summer quarter" festival puts the bucolic back in Paris invading the park areas by planting parasols and towels throughout: the Luxembourg gardens in Bercy Village the Georges Brassens park the André Citroën park the Jardin d'Acclimatation at the parc de la Villette and all the way to Saint-Denis Saint-Ouen Pantin Vitry-sur-Seine etc.

Thanks to this great festival Parisians and other passer-by have over the years been able to witness celebrity performances innovative choreographies a Moroccan fantasia a Japanese parade and even a Baobab tree on the Tuileries!

The program this summer includes circus arts dance music and theatre in all the city's green areas and other hotspots.
