For the 2nd year in a row, the TERRASS HOTEL has been elected the 2nd best hotel in France by the clients, who voted on the Internet. The vote was based on a selection of criterias over quality and organized with a panel of 4* and 5* hotels in France.
The Terrass Hotel does everything to ensure its customers’ comfort and makes a point of honour of meeting the following service commitments: smiles, availability, practical and tourist information, peace and quiet, cleanliness, good bedding and controlled quality.
In collaboration with Excel Place, the Hotels Maurice Hurand group follows a quality management process. The Terrass Hotel monitors and controls quality factors judged by mystery clients (mails, calls, stays). This process enables to review the quality level perceived by the guest and therefore ensures that the highest standards can be met. This tool allows us to identify those features which have to be improved, in order to better serve you tomorrow.
It is a way of verifying and certifying service conformity with the specific quality criteria demanded of a 4-star hotel.
A new environmental aspect has been included in the system to increase awareness among the teams and customers for environmental protection.
