The pastries of Bossue in Montmartre
At the heart of the streets of Montmartre in Paris, a tea room / restaurant opened last September. Its particuliarity ? An explosion of flavors in your mouth! La Bossue has succeed its bet to make us return to childhood with our grandmother, like a madeleine of Proust.
Decoration, bringing together real photographs of grandparents of the owner, settled us into a warm and authentic atmosphere. But what worth a visit in this small street in Montmartre in Paris, is the kitchen! La Bossue proposes breakfast including hot drinks, fresh juices and pastries in the morning but also lunch menus for € 9.50 which consists of soup, a piece of quiche or tartines and salad.
The whole day, we can appreciate homemade cakes (financial, madeleine, scones ...) on and off the premises to satisfy our greed.
But it is especially the weekend that the excitement is at its height in the house Bossue. The people of the streets of Montmartre and Paris rush to test the famous brunch Bossue. Brunch XXL proposed by the house for € 23.50, allows gourmets to have a hot drink and unlimited fresh fruit juices as well as access to the sweet / salty buffet. At the sweet side, guilty pleasures are many but guaranteed success for the lost bread, carrot cake and scones. Note, however, that waiting time is to be expected given the success of La Bossue and no reservation is possible for the Brunch.
The plus point of this wonderful address, nestled in the streets of Montmartre in Paris, is the guarantee of fresh, seasonal, local and mostly natural! The owner, Caroline, supports the cause of small producers and helps feast not only our taste buds but also savor quality!
