Take the lift to the 7th floor, or climb the 127 stairs, to discover an intimate and unique setting with endless views over Paris. The rooftop of Terrass’’ Hotel reveals itself to you, with a restaurant, a bar inside and a terrace outside, boasting panoramic views over Paris. The restaurant and bar have been designed in the style of an artist’s loft with large bay windows and a breathtaking view of the capital. The leather and wooden decor creates an industrial chic feel and the atmosphere is reminiscent of a bustling Parisian bistro.

A Breathtaking view and ‘Bistronomique’ Cuisine

Whether for breakfast, lunch or dinner, the view from the 7th floor windows in the Terrass’’ Hotel, over the rooftops of Paris, will never fail to take your breath away.

Start your day with a buffet breakfast served from 7.30 am to 10.30 am and our team will be on hand to provide the first smiles of every day! For lunch and dinner, discover chef Eric Lurthy’s cuisine, a modern take on traditional recipes, delivered with panache.

This Parisian rooftop restaurant with bistronomique cuisine offers a lunch menu from Tuesday to Friday. On Saturday and public holidays, choose from our à la carte menu. You can book your table online for our restaurant (inside) for lunch (12pm to 2pm) and for dinner (Two sittings: 7pm to 8pm and 9.30pm to 10pm)

A chef cooking “memories”!

Having trained in French cuisine at Ferrandi, the Chef Eric Lurthy has not only worked in some of the great kitchens such as Château d’Esclimont and the Tour d’Argent. He was also the Head Chef at the Château de Chailly before joining us.

As the new Head Chef of the Terrass’’ Hotel, he picks out fresh and seasonal products to cook simple dishes in a convivial atmosphere. It’s in nature and through travelling that the Chef finds the inspiration for his cuisine. Letting yourself be guided by the products and the seasons, discover an authentic and light cuisine.

Under the leadership of that talented Chef, an entire team is working together so that you can share a great meal, with Paris at your feet!

Our Catering Director, Mikaël Katane, with his ready smile, has also spent time in the top kitchens. Let this maestro advise you in your culinary adventure and take him up on his proposition of carefully chosen wines to accompany your meal. 


Meet here for a Tête-à-tête with Paris

Enjoy this Parisian rooftop bar which is open daily from Noon until Midnight. Emeric Aguilar, our chief barman and mixologist, will welcome you from 3pm and propose a menu of 16 signature cocktails. No booking necessary. If you are unable to decide, Emeric, who has trained in the best bars in the country such as the Prince de Galles, the Plaza Athénée and the Royal Monceau, will create a cocktail especially for you.

You will also find a wonderful selection of wines and spirits from all over the world to enjoy in moderation while admiring the rooftops of Paris.

The outdoor Terrace


Pull up a deckchair and enjoy a cocktail, or even lunch or dinner, in the sun or under a parasol in this Oasis at the heart of Paris. This Parisian rooftop invites you to relax with its 180-degree view over the most beautiful monuments in Paris including Les Invalides, the Eiffel Tower and the Grand Palais.

We do not take reservations for the outdoor terrace. Reservations are only available for the indoor part of the restaurant. Space will be subject to availability with priority given to hotel guests.
