Spend the New Year with the Eiffel Tower

Pretty Christmas windows, the illuminations that sparkle, hot chestnuts and the scarves knitted by Grandma ... one thing is certain: The end of the year is coming.

If the Terrass' Hotel loves this time of year so much, it is because there is no better opportunity to organize an exceptional evening. And it is in your company we would like to spend it! Of course, our capital is full of delicious choices to celebrate the New Year. Nevertheless, the Terrass' Hotel has just what you need for a night to remember.

Our chef Eric Lurthy prepared a tasty menu full of emotion, just for you.

While it is sometimes good to keep the mystery, the desire to reveal this well-kept secret is too tempting. Beware, it’s mouth-watering!

For starters, we know how important first impressions are. Imagine yourself in our panoramic restaurant, the City of Light that extends majestically beneath your feet. It is only natural you'll be greeted with a cup of Besserat de Bellefon. That already has the power to make an impression.

Do you want more ? Say no more.

How about a marinated foie gras and its virgin olive oil celeriac? A wonderful mix! We already delight in the idea to taste the rest of the menu and almost didn’t notice the Eiffel Tower twinkling!

And now, the “entrée”. Its smoked center-cut salmon fillet and caviar cream. We are already in love before tasting it. And even more afterwards!

We’re already in a dream when the main course arrives. Milk-fed veal fillet and its wilted spinach. What we particularly love about it? The almond milk emulsion which brings us back to childhood. Such a sweet moment.

When one is in Paris, they can’t possibly miss out on a small plate of cheese. You’re in France, after all! Therefore, it is the Brie de Meaux, which will be honored, and “truffles” please.

Fasten your seat belts. The dark chocolate apotheosis is heading straight ahead. Our chocolate-passion fruit dome is waiting for you. We leave you the surprise, but at the risk of revealing too much ... we knew that heaven was not so far from our 7th floor!
