The Terrass''' Hotel brunch (€45) consists of a sweet buffet with buns and breads, homemade pastries, cakes, cereals & museli, breads, fruit and dairy products, and a savoury buffet with cold cuts, bacon, sausages, scrambled eggs, smoked fish, seasonal salad, fish and meat of the day, and fresh vegetables.

Chef Eric Lurthy honed his cuisine in prestigious establishments, including the Château d’Esclimont, Château de Chailly and the Tour d'Argent.

Now at the helm in our kitchens, he uses only the freshest seasonal produce to create his simple, hearty dishes. Eric draws inspiration for his cuisine from nature and his many travels.
